From the loggia you look out over a peaceful nature reserve – deer can often be seen in the garden. The shore of Lake Chiemsee is only about 300 metres away, and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

A private underground parking space and fast internet also make the apartment ideal for a workation. For families there is a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) and a baby cot.
