In the heart of the Chiemgau – between lake and mountains
Prien is the liveliest town on the “Bavarian Sea”. The lakeshore is only about 300 metres from the house – and yet you stay in peace on the edge of a nature reserve.
Restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy walking distance. The Chiemgau Alps are just a few minutes away by car.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Thanks to the digital door lock you can check in flexibly and contactlessly – you will receive your access code before arrival.
Are the apartments suitable for children?
Yes. Both apartments sleep up to 4 people: a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm; in Glückspfennig a sprung sofa bed measuring 180 × 200 cm) and a baby cot. High chairs and children’s tableware are provided.
Is there parking?
The Kampenwand apartment comes with its own underground parking space. The Glückspfennig apartment does not have its own parking space.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, both apartments have fast Wi-Fi – ideal for working on holiday, too.
How can I cancel?
Up to 30 days before arrival we refund the full rent, up to 7 days before arrival 50 %. You will find all details in our rental terms.
Is there a deposit or any additional costs?
There is no deposit. In addition to the rent, we charge final cleaning (€50 per stay), the linen package (€8 per person) and the visitor’s tax (Kurbeitrag) of the municipality of Prien: €2 per night from age 16, €1 for children aged 7 to 15, children under 7 stay free.
Is the calendar up to date?
Yes. Our booking calendar is synchronised with all platforms. What you see as available here really is available.
