So that all guests – and our neighbours – feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
- Respect for the apartment: Please treat the apartment as you would treat your own home. We have put a lot of effort into creating a beautiful and cosy apartment for our guests.
- Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment clean during your stay. You will find a broom and a robot vacuum in the wardrobe in the hallway. At the end of your stay, please dispose of the rubbish via the rubbish chute in the hallway.
- Toilet: Please only put toilet paper in the toilet. For everything else, please use the small bin next to the toilet and empty it at the end of your stay.
- Consideration for the neighbours: Enjoy your time – but please keep the noise down.
- Bed linen: Please strip the beds before check-out. It helps us a lot – thank you!
If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to ask us.
9. Withdrawal by the landlord
If the apartment cannot be used for reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. force majeure, water damage), we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will refund all payments already made in full.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
