2. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website itself does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or marketing tools. Fonts are not loaded from external servers.

4. Availability calendar and online booking via Smoobu

To display availability (booking calendar) and for online booking, we use services of Smoobu GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Germany. The booking tool is only loaded when you scroll to the booking section of an apartment. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Smoobu; Smoobu may set its own technically necessary cookies. To adjust the size of the booking form, the booking tool also loads a program library via the content delivery network cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.); in doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare. When you make a booking, we process your details (name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests, payment details) to perform the rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Smoobu acts as our data processor.

Credit card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); we do not receive complete card details. Further information: stripe.com/privacy.

If you pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal. The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal processes your payment details under its own responsibility (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Further information: paypal.com privacy statement.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

6. Registration obligation

Under the German Federal Registration Act (Bundesmeldegesetz), we are obliged to collect and retain certain guest data when providing accommodation (registration form) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). When the visitor’s tax (Kurbeitrag) is levied, the data required for this purpose is transmitted to the municipality of Prien am Chiemsee.

7. Storage period

We store booking data for as long as necessary to perform the contract and as required by statutory retention periods (in particular up to 10 years under tax and commercial law).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
